Spring is passing by fast

I enjoy spring every year and each year it gets more beautiful.  This year I feel for the past few months I have been on the go all the time.  I have had guests and work wise too it has been quite hectic and will be quite hectic for a next month or so.

 No craft activities done at home and will not be started till June or so as even the girls are very busy with school and exams.  I am trying my best not to ignore the garden.  All my spring bulbs did very well this year and summer ones are coming up real good.  Here are few pictures of the spring flowers at home

Have you tried using Pinterest.  I have been using it to log all the beautiful blooms in the yard when I pass in and out of the house.  I have also managed to add a Buddha to my back garden.  I bought a bigger size than the one shown in the picture.  Will post a picture of the Buddha in the garden real soon.

I liked the rustic finish on this.  I would love to hear from you on what you think.

Happy International Women's day

Hi there,

I would like to first apologize for disappearing on you all.  I have been sporadically visiting your blogs but never had to time to post here as work, kids and out of town guests have kept me very busy. 

Spare time I am left, I try and attend to my garden and some times I feel they are crying for my attention.  Hopefully in two weeks I will have more spare time on had and I can get back to some of the craft stuff I have neglected for a long time.

Couple of months ago I had planted a bunch of iris, Tulips etc.  My first of the iris have started blooming.  I love the color.

Here are some of the pictures I took this past weekend.  I have a feeling this spring my yard will look beautiful.

Some weekends I get so busy, weekdays look like they were stress free.  It feels like all the events are happening at once during one weekend.  Sigh!!!  This past weekend was one such.  Though we had fun, there was no time to relax.  I am sure you all have had such weekends.

I made this few weeks ago but I forgot to post it.
